Getting Ready to Launch and Getting Noticed
Place 2 Place Systems is a leader and pioneer in web-based technology solutions for small business equivalent to those used by the Fortune 500 companies but with better value. They wanted to develop a brand and marketing strategy for launching their process server software at the national conference of process servers. Having never done this before, Place 2 Place Systems turned to Vista Consulting for help.
"Thank you so much for your help with my marketing and branding! I am getting an overwhelming response. I couldn't have done it without you."

Situation
Place 2 Place Systems has a hosted software service targeted at process servers and constables that simplifies the administrative tasks associated with their business. With plans to launch their product at the annual conference for process servers, Place 2 Place Systems knew they needed help developing an image and identity that created visibility and delivered a credible message to their target audience.
Solution
Vista Consulting was brought in to develop a marketing plan to provide them a roadmap and budget for successfully launching their new product, Process Place. With the help of Vision Advertising, we developed all the materials needed to successfully present the company and product at the show. With a freshened the logo, a targeted brochure, quality business cards, an ad for the show guide and booth signage that appealed to the audience, Place 2 Place Systems was ready to launch.
Result
Process Place received a lot of attention from the attendees at the show. Although there have been other software alternatives on the market, Place 2 Place Systems stood out from the rest - both visually and professionally. "I truly feel that if I hadn't hired you and Laura, then we wouldn't be receiving the attention we are getting," said Robin Place, president of Place 2 Place Systems. "We would have looked just like all the other software vendors at the show and would not have attracted the attention of those most in need of a solution to simplify their job."
